Some choice candidates
If you’re a Republican having trouble deciding which candidate will receive your vote in the S.C. primary later this month, don’t despair. We predict there will be fewer to consider in our state or, at the very least, after South Carolina they’ll be out of the running altogether. Two — Michelle Bachmann and Rick Perry — canceled planned campaign trips to the Palmetto State after poor showings in Iowa, and later in the week, Bachmann dropped out of the race altogether. Perry went back to Texas to “reassess” and then tweeted he was on his way to New Hampshire. Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney campaigned with Gov. Nikki Haley Thursday in Charleston and Friday in Myrtle Beach.
But even between two or three candidates it can be tough to find the one who best supports your priorities. We turned to the Web and found a few sites that can help. Each offers the opportunity to answer a quiz on a variety of issues, with the end result the candidate you are more like — ergo, the candidate who should logically receive your support.
